CPR and First Aid

One of the best things you can do to prepare for any emergency situation is to learn cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and emergency first aid. That way, you’re better prepared for a family emergency, an emergency at work, or a larger emergency in your community or the region.

  • For class dates and information on First Aid & CPR offerings contact Lacey Parks and Recreation at 360-491-0857.
  • Thurston County Medic One offers free CPR classes.  For schedule and registration information, click here to visit their web page or call 360-704-2790.
